What if I told you that redeeming your first gift card doesn’t have to be confusing?

Redeem First things first, let’s talk points. You will need 45,000 points to redeem a $5 gift card. This may sound like a lot, but new users typically reach this goal in about 48 hours. Once this milestone is achieved, you will be given three options: redeem your gift card, choose a new gift card or keep your points. Once you decide to redeem, it’s time to select the ‘Request Gift Card’ button.
What’s Next? Now, it’s time to wait on a digital claim code. The majority of users will receive their code within 24 hours. You can check the status of your reward by visiting the ‘Wins’ tab (below the star icon) at the bottom of your app. If your gift card has not yet been approved, it will be marked as "Request Received."
Claim You’re almost there - once your gift card is available, we will send you a message through the app that it is ready to be claimed. Simply, follow the steps below to claim your reward:
Step 1- Verify your account with the code texted to you.
Step 2- Your reward is ready! Time to accept your gift card.
Step 3- Congratulations! You have successfully claimed your reward. You can view your gift card code by clicking on the ‘Wins’ tab at the bottom of the app.
Common Questions
I’ve been waiting for my digital claim code for more than 24 hours, what should I do? There’s no need to worry - occasionally, it may take more than 24 hours before you receive your digital claim code. If you would like to check on the status of your reward, visit the ‘Wins’ tab (under the star icon) and click on your gift card. Still have concerns? Please contact our support team within the app.

What happens if I fail to claim my gift card? Once your gift card is ready, you will have 14 days to claim it. If you do not claim it within the allotted time, your gift card will be cancelled and your points will be credited back to your account.
Can you mail or email the gift card to me? Gift cards will only be delivered digitally within the app.To locate your gift card code, visit the ‘Wins’ tab and scroll until you see ‘Past Rewards’.
Can I change my reward? Yes, to choose a different reward select the three bars at the top left corner, select ‘Rewards’ and then select the gift card you wish to redeem. You will also have the option to select a new reward upon redeeming.
